If you want to use the MLE for your own mobile projects or if you want to
modify the look-and-feel of the mobile application, you need to deploy your own
MLE version. To do that you need to work with the source-code. That's why there is no
MLE download-package.
So the best way is to start with the documentation.
You will find everything there, if you have problems or you don't understand the documentation
just check out the Forums.
Please note that you should have some programming experience if you want to develope with
the MLE.
